Sweden drives on the right and uses kilometres per hour. Roads are well-maintained and remarkably quiet outside the cities. In the north you will meet long sections of graded gravel that is comfortable on an adventure bike. Wildlife — especially moose — is a real hazard at dawn and dusk, and weather can change quickly, so pack layers and check forecasts for your whole route.
